ordinary person who settle for the routine, usually ordinary, work day.

The ability to bounce back from setbacks while viewing them as learning opportunities. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, and
perseverance is the determination to keep going in spite of the difficulties you face.

Implement the solution; then, Measure the results.
I learnt these basic skills in school for Electronics engineering and technology and use them in everyday problem solving.
In simple form, problem solving skills are the ability to use your imagination to come up with new ideas.
Then research facts and data to find information on the problem.
Use clear and effective communication to share information and work with others who might be able and willing to help you solve the problem.
This is effective use of teamwork, i.e. working together with others to achieve a common goal.
Diverse perspectives and open communication can lead to more informed and better Decision Making.
Thus, using judgment and criteria to help you choose the best solution for the problem at hand.
5. Risk-Taking:
Risk-taking is important for personal growth, innovation, and achieving goals.
Basically, it is a willingness to take calculated risks and embrace uncertainty.
Taking risks it what allows us to seize opportunities that we might otherwise have missed.
It helps us in overcoming our fears and build confidence.
Taking calculated risks helps us to step outside of our comfort zones, confront our fears, and build our self-confidence.
