  1. Eat a variety of fresh vegetables and drink plenty of water, about 48ozs a day.
  2. Avoid refined and processed foods; fat and fatty foods, especially animal fats.
  3. Always sit down and relax to eat and eat slowly. "Prayer" or "Blessing" before eating preparies the mind and body to properly digiest your food.
